Your item(s) will be sold to the highest bidder which will be determined by the auctioneer once the hammer has fallen.
Once your item(s) has successfully been auctioned, you will receive your payment 21 (twenty-one) days after the auction, less expenses, if any, and commission.

Consignment Agreement
The Consigner gives Sterling Auction House the authority to sell their property as per the conditions stated here.
1) Item(s) will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve.
2) Consigner agrees to pay a selling commission which will be added to the hammer price on each item(s) sold.
3) Consigner authorizes SAH to charge the buyer and retain for our commission on each item(s) sold a "Buyer's Premium" of ________% of the hammer price.
4) If Consigner wishes to withdraw item(s) consigned at any time prior to the set auction date, there will be a withdrawal fee of 5% of the lowest estimate price.
5) A transportation fee will be charged for pick up of item(s).
6) All properties that are not sold will be returned to Consigner at Consigners expense, if any. A fee of $10.00 per day, beginning 7 (seven) days after auction date will be charged for any item(s) not picked up. If Consigner fails to retrieve unsold item(s) and item(s) remain with SAH in excess of 15 (fifteen) days SAH will dispose of item(s) in any manner and by any means in discretion, including re-auctioning the item(s) at SAH auction, private sale(s) or otherwise.
7) 21 (twenty-one) days after the auction SAH will send Consigner payment from sold item(s), less expenses, if any, and commission. SAH assumes no responsibility for property that is sold and buyer does not pay for. If no payment has been made by the buyer, SAH may re-auction the item(s), or cancel the sale of the item(s) and return it to Consigner. Under no circumstances shall SAH be liable to Consigner for any consequential damages as a result of non-payment by buyer.
8) Pre-sale estimates are intended as guides to prospective bidders. SAH makes no representation or warranty of the anticipated selling price.
9) SAH is not liable for any errors or omissions in catalog, advertisement, internet or other descriptions of item(s).
10) Consigner or any agent acting on behalf of Consigner cannot bid on their own lot.
11) Consigner states that item(s) being consigned is free and clear from all liens, judgments, and that he/she is the rightful owner and has complete power to place item(s) for sale.
12) SAH is not responsible for loss or damage to item(s) due to fire, theft, reckless handling, moving, storing, flooding, or any reason whatsoever.
13) This contract shall be deemed to have been made in Orange County, New York and shall be construed and forced in accordance with the laws of the Orange County, New York . All actions and proceedings related to this agreement shall be made in the county where the item(s) is to be sold.
